Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing:
- Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins processing it within 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery address.
Return Policy
HARVX stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date for a gift card.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original tags intact will not be accepted.
- Once your returned item(s) have been received and verified, a gift card will be issued to the email address used to place the order. For items purchased as gifts, the gift card will be issued to the gift recipient. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return has been received for the gift card to be issued.
- Gift cards will be in the amount paid for product only. Shipping fees are not refundable.
