Delivery policy

Shipping

  • Order processing Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins processing it within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
  • Express delivery Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
  • International delivery Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
Free shipping No shipping costs are added at checkout. HARVX deliveries ship free.

Return policy

Returns

HARVX stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date for a gift card.

  • Item condition Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Return approval Returns that are damaged, worn, washed, or missing original tags will not be accepted.
  • Gift card refund Once your returned item(s) are received and verified, a gift card will be issued to the email address used to place the order.
  • Processing time Please allow 3–5 business days after your return has been received for the gift card to be issued.
  • Refund amount Gift cards are issued for the amount paid for the product only.
